I applied online and had two phone interviews with HR. The HR person was nice and it all went well. They didn't mention some downsides of the company though, like the culture. They asked me about my previous experience and what sports I like.

The interviews happened on Zoom. The first person I spoke with was professional and organized. Then, the second interviewer joined from her couch in sweats, with a messy background. The questions felt really basic. After that, they just ghosted me and I never heard back.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was a bit different because they wanted to see how I could fit into different departments, not just the one I applied for. I spoke with 5 people, including managers and team members. They were upfront about the pros and cons of the job. It requires a lot of time and effort, but the salary isn't great for an entry-level position. They were very clear that this job has a lot of responsibilities for an entry-level role, and that's why you'll need to dedicate 10+ hours a day to it. Every interviewer emphasized hard work, and you could tell how physically demanding their jobs are from their appearance (tired eyes, fatigue, etc.).

I went through 4 rounds of interviews for an entry level Graphic Designer position. All of the interviews went well until I met with the owner's son. He was remarkably rude and self obsessed in addition to having the grooming and hygiene habits of a toddler. Wild experience.
