After my resume was accepted, I had an in-person interview with two people. I was able to pick the time for the interview. It was about 20 minutes and not stressful at all. It seemed like they had already made some decisions, so the questions weren't very tricky or hard.

I had 2 interviews. The first was with the Manager in the MIAMI Branch, and the second round was with HR from HQ. It was pretty conversational and easy going. The manager asked basic questions like why I chose the company, and about my strengths and weaknesses. No hard or surprising questions came up.

Applied via LinkedIn and heard back within 24 hours. Had a call with an HR Specialist who was nice but slow to respond. The first scheduled in-person interview was cancelled by them, but the second one went ahead, though I felt judged. They had my resume for a month but made me rehash my entire experience. They emphasized their 'perfect' teamwork and sought someone who would fit in. They reacted negatively when I mentioned leaving a previous job due to working until midnight, noting they also do overtime. I got a bad vibe from one interviewer who seemed to have a toxic workplace mentality, so I withdrew and accepted an offer from a company that seemed genuinely interested in working with me.

The interview was about 30 minutes long. They asked me to explain everything on my CV. Then, they asked about a hypothetical situation and how I'd manage it. Finally, they inquired about my salary expectations. They mentioned a potential second interview, either video or in-person, if they wanted to proceed. It's been 6 days with no contact, and my follow-up email hasn't received a response.

  • Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
  • Could you elaborate on all the details present in your CV?
  • How would you handle a given situation?
