You sign up, they call you and you have to go to the offices in Plaza Catalunya. It's a group interview, you bring your CV and a pen. You introduce yourself in front of the other candidates and explain your experience and interests. They ask you to list 5 books you would recommend. Then, if you pass to the second interview for the store you applied to, they call you. If not, they don't. They call you at 9:30/10 PM to schedule you for the next day or send an email at the same time. The second interview is similar, and they delve deeper into your knowledge of literature or whatever is relevant. If they don't select you, they don't send an email or call.

It was a standard interview, not too difficult. The recruiter asked simple questions, nothing too challenging. Questions were related to my experiences, my education, and what I want to do in the future. It was a straightforward interview, like you'd expect in most supermarkets.
