Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll join a team of 6 colleagues. Your main tasks will include: entering supplier invoices for several Group legal entities, making inventory entries during account closings, analyzing charge accounts, updating supplier files with contract information, performing bank reconciliations, contributing to monthly reporting, and participating in projects to evolve the accounting department, such as migrating the accounting tool and dematerializing supplier invoices.

It was a group interview (around 9 of us). First, they told us a bit about how the company works, its origin, etc. Then, each candidate for the position introduced themselves, talking a bit about their experience, studies, or interests. Next, there was a role-play activity where we had to choose a Fnac product and try to sell it to another colleague. The interviewer also asked us some questions to show our sales skills. Finally, we had to take a test about our knowledge of Fnac's product ranges (I got a test on literature, others on technology...)

It was pretty bad. They told me on a Friday afternoon that they'd schedule me for an interview on Monday for Tuesday. Monday came and they didn't write to me all day. When I asked, they said they had forgotten. On Tuesday, an hour before the interview, they called to say it wasn't happening, that it was moved to the next day. When I arrived that day, I waited half an hour in the store for the interview and they didn't even greet me. It seemed like they already had someone for the position and wanted to do the interviews quickly. They told me at the end that I had done too much for my age. I found out I wasn't selected through the infojobs platform, not from them. Fnac Malaga Larios.
