First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fnac.
Project Manager
I had 2 interviews at the Fnac Darty headquarters. The interviewers were nice but lacked professionalism in their research and were confused about the hiring process. No timelines or feedback were provided. This reflects poorly on the professionalism and seriousness of the company. I wouldn't recommend applying without demanding a serious process, otherwise you might waste your time and energy.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Project Assistant
Had an interview with the internship supervisor and then with the team lead. No tricky questions, more of a conversation about past experiences and general views on life and work. It was a good time.
- No tricky questions were asked.
Chef de Projet
had a first interview with an HR manager where I took a personality test. Then, in a second interview, the same HR manager debriefed me on the test results. A while later, I was called in for a manager interview.
- how do you envision starting the job?
