Behavioral

It was a really thorough and detailed interview process. We had 3 interview schedules, and they also did references and background checks to make sure I was the right fit. It was a bit stressful trying to find the time for the interviews, but the hiring manager seemed impressed with my resume and accomplishments right away. Overall, it was a good experience, and I got hired.

You send in your resume and application. Then, someone checks it to see if you're qualified. If you are, you'll have a call or video chat with a recruiter or manager. They want to see if you're a good fit and check your experience. If that goes well, you'll come in for an in-person interview with the manager and team. You might get a tour and they'll test your skills. Some jobs might have extra tests. If they like you, they'll check your references and do a background check. Then, if all goes well, they'll offer you the job.
