Got an interview invite a few months after applying. I picked one of the two midday slots they provided. It was a Zoom call, and I joined 5 minutes early. I was let into the meeting room but then immediately put into a waiting room and never admitted. I eventually got a notice that the host ended the meeting. It felt like a waste of my time.

You do this live dial interview that puts you on the spot so you can show off your skills. The interviewer gives you numbers to cold call and sends you a script the night before to go over. It's an awesome way to show what you can do.

This company hires fast and fires fast, they also hire every few months. The first interview was quick. The second interview went well. The third interview offered no leeway, even with basic training needed. I have 4-5 years+ upwards of 10 years of experience. I know how to make a cold call and get someone to a meeting. They don't want that. They want someone who is not smart at all with zero flair attached.
