Sales Manager
Good communication, knew where I sat and was in the loop of the full process. People were great and friendly and not intimidating which made it a lot more relaxing
- How do you deal with workplace conflict
First Response Advisor
I had a casual phone chat that went okay and the hiring manager seemed nice. They said they'd get back to me about a second in-person interview but I didn't hear from them.
- What do you think are the essential qualities for this role?
Contracts Manager
It was a really straightforward interview process. We mainly talked about my past experience and how it relates to the role at FMG. The interviewer seemed to know both the job and my background well, and they didn't ask any irrelevant questions.
- Tell me about the change you experienced moving from working in the city to the Pilbara.
Executive Assistant
We started with an initial chat over Teams with someone from HR and the person currently in the role. They asked questions about my competencies. Then, a second interview with Senior Managers happened, which could be on Teams or in person. This one was way more relaxed, focusing on whether I'd be a good fit.
- Can you tell me about your work style and how you handle changes?
