It was pretty laid back. The interviewer made it clear it was a friendly vibe with how he acted and talked. Before we chatted, there was a test with some general questions. Afterwards, HR told me the interviewer's decision. I then had 24 hours to do a drug test about 3 miles from the job. Then came a 2 week training that was tough with laws and rules, but it was fun too.

You gotta take a test first, and if you pass, they'll set up an interview. In my case, I got interviewed and hired all on the same day. Then, they set up a drug test, and if you pass that, they'll hit you up with the schedule. On top of that, they do a background check.
