FM General Intern Interview Questions
& Process

I applied through campus recruiting and heard back about two weeks later. The telephone conversation was kept short and they asked me to pick between a few dates for an interview. The interview was scheduled to be three manager interviews with three different managers and then two tests potentially depending on how i did in the interviews. I ended up going through the whole process and it was fairly straight forward, very down to earth people and easy to talk to. Overall it was a positive interview experience. They asked several behaviour questions which although I did not find hard to answer at the time they were perhaps looking for specific answers.

After I applied, I got a call pretty quickly. A really nice and helpful person from the company contacted me to set up an interview. The office was amazing, and the interviewer was super professional too. I answered some questions and we had a good chat. I even got an offer not long after. It was a great experience, everyone was really supportive.

I had 3 rounds of interviews before an offer was given to me. The first round consisted of mostly the managers telling me what the company does and the schedule of the internship. The second round was more of a personality check and I asked a bunch of questions about the position. The third round was a technical interview and was much longer than the previous two.
