I signed up through the school career board and got an interview. The interview had two parts. The first part was mostly behavior questions. The second part was a personality profile, which took about 20-30 minutes. It asked me to pick words that describe me and words I think describe myself, and also included an essay question.

The process had two interviews total. The first was a behavioral one where I had to answer questions using a specific format they provided. The second was a group interview. It was a pleasant experience, and the company seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me.
