The interview experience was really nice. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and we had a good chat. They showed me around the office and I met the team. After seeing the space and talking with everyone, I really wanted to be a part of this team.

The interview process was pretty simple and not too tough. I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with a VP from Flypaper, and then another in-person interview with a VP from the newspaper, since Flypaper is owned by them. Communication was good and timely. But after the last in-person interview, I was completely ghosted. They never told me if I was still being considered or even replied to my email asking for an update. It was really unprofessional to leave me hanging after I put in the time. I wouldn't recommend applying here.

I had an initial interview where I still had to fill out a paper application with my work history and education. They asked some odd questions, like my typing speed. The manager I spoke with was nice, and the overall process was okay. I ended the interview early because the base salary was only $30K with a very confusing commission structure. They expect experienced salespeople but offer a base salary in the bottom 20%, which seems unreasonable to me.

It was a pretty quick and painless process. Started with a phone screen to talk about the role, then an in-person interview to go deeper, and they made a decision pretty quickly after that. You might have an additional interview round with senior leadership, but they really try to keep the process moving fast.
