The interview process was very straightforward and to the point. Nothing too outlandish. They were upfront and honest to deal with during the entire process. There will be no surprises while you go through the pre-employment process.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 2 part process. The first part was with the recruiter, and the second was with one of the chief pilots. It was pretty informal, more of a get-to-know-you type of thing to assess your customer service skills. The second interview included a few technical questions, then a brief discussion about a departure, and finally, an approach.

It was a standard tell me about a time interview. The interviewers were good people and seemed very catering to pilots interests. It was very straight forward and similar to other charter/fractional company interviews, so no surprises. The only curiosity was that aircraft/equipment assignment was only done after you arrive at Indoc. Perhaps it has changed since.

So it began with a chat with HR over the phone. Then, I had a virtual meeting on Teams with the Director I'd be reporting to. I heard back from them the very same afternoon.
