Fuel Billing Analyst
So, the interview process was really weird. I had a phone screen and did a few tests before the Zoom interview. The interviewers only asked me one thing in the Zoom: 'Do you have any questions for us?'. I asked the four questions I'd prepared. After that, there was a weird quiet moment, and they said if I didn't have more questions, the interview was over. I kinda felt like they'd already decided against me but still went through with it, wasting everyone's time.

Contract Administrator
I submitted my resume and cover letter online. I got an email response within a couple of days asking two follow up questions. I answered the email. A few weeks later, they contacted me to set up a phone interview. The phone interview happened about a week after that.

We had a good conversation, I felt really comfortable with the hiring manager, like we'd known each other for years. I answered their questions honestly and with energy, and they seemed to like my answers.

Human Resources
This hiring and interview process is super quick! We went from the initial phone call, through two interviews, and got the offer in under a week. The first interview was a one-on-one, but the second one included everyone on the department team.
