Had a great experience in the opening interview. The 2nd interview was unprofessional and not what I was told it would be. They asked about organizational structure—if I'd be reporting to the Project Manager or the PMO. They said the position was called Project Coordinator because they didn't have any PMPs, which I was.

The interview process with FlyCast was phenomenal! They really get to know you and seek to figure out how you will be successful and add value to the organization besides what is on your resume. My favorite part of the process is the shadow day, where they also let YOU (the candidate)“interview” a seasoned employee, and a senior partner. It says a lot about the transparency and culture within the organization.

So I applied and submitted my resume, and then got set up for a phone interview. It felt super one-sided, really sterile and cold - almost like a doctor's exam, very terse. After waiting a while, I guess I passed, cause they offered me the job. But the offer wasn't really fair, and it had weird legal stuff in it I'd never seen before, so I turned it down. Definitely the weirdest and most impersonal interview I've ever had, hope I never have one like that again.

The interview process had 3 parts: a screening, a meeting with the hiring manager, and then a leadership panel. It was quick, only taking 4 business days. The leadership panel was the most challenging part, where I met with the CEO and other senior leaders. It was a round-robin style meeting. Everyone was professional and friendly. The conversation with the hiring manager felt more like a chat than a formal interview.
