I had a panel interview with the hiring manager and an HR person. It was about an hour long. We talked about my background and experience, and how my skills fit what the team is looking for. There were also some behavioral questions and scenario discussions.

Case Group

The entire hiring process was not clearly communicated from the beginning. It felt like they weren't really serious about hiring and it was just a box-ticking exercise. Initially, the group interview they scheduled got canceled and postponed without a new date. The recruiters were unresponsive to follow-up attempts. At one point, they even sent us an incorrect interview invitation for a different job. A month later, we were contacted for a group interview that was supposed to last 60 minutes. After this group interview, we were told we'd get feedback in a week, but there was silence for two weeks before we received regret emails.

Behavioral Technical Other

This company is quite unusual. Recent news about them actually gives you a good idea of how they likely operate. Recruiters were very persistent, but then the interviewers repeatedly cancelled calls last minute or even while we were already talking. Communication and follow-ups were also significantly lacking. This culminated in them informing me they'd chosen other candidates after I had already invested a lot of my time. They don't seem to have much integrity or respect. I'd strongly advise avoiding them.
