I have no clue what the job is about, some automation process improvement coach... that's not a business analyst job. If you need agile coach, get agile coach, if you need requirements gathering get BA. They said they'll be back by the end of the week, I've managed to sign a contract for another job by the time I heard they are not interested a month later... They spoke so much about values and culture, and yet they have the worst reputation when I asked around in the industry. Just a weird experience all together, but interviewers were very friendly - I feel like they wanted for me to say more but didn't pull my tounge. I can give you all the detail but at the same time I need to feel it's appropriate :P it was difficult because I don't think they've explained the role properly and I didn't know what it was.

Online 3 tests, then a Zoom interview. Team questions and a 1 to 1 interview. A week later, I got an offer. There were huge details to fill in and a background check and right to work checks. It was a bit complicated and I hadn't experienced anything like it before, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are lovely and explain everything.

The interview process had 3 rounds: an intro, a first hiring manager round, and a second hiring manager round. The entire process was structured well, and the TA team was really helpful. They kept me in the loop about each stage and made sure communication was clear. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to, making it feel more like a chat than a test. It was a good, professional experience.

It began with a text from an overseas recruiter, who incorrectly stated they'd tried reaching me multiple times and even used the wrong name. They then scheduled a phone call, which was confirmed via text. During the call, the recruiter was on public transport, making it difficult to hear due to background noise like doors and station announcements. The recruiter was very abrupt, provided incorrect information about the country the role was based in, and promised an update within a week. This update took over two weeks and I had to chase them for it, though I wasn't expecting a positive outcome anyway.
