It was a recruiter and in-house interview. Pretty simple process. Had to wait a few weeks for the first interview, but after that, things moved fast. The outside recruiter was a bit pushy, which wasn't great, but the in-house staff and interviewers were great.

It was a great experience, and they gave an informative tour around the hospital. Some staff weren't that helpful, but it's a laid-back environment. The hospital has many residents who can assist and guide you during the interview process.

HR got in touch with me first. The interview process was fast and easy. I heard back from them within 2-3 days after the interview. I spoke with the clinical nutrition manager and one of the dietitians on staff.

I had two interviews, one with the HR director and another with the unit director. They were both really welcoming and made the process feel less stressful. Overall, it was a good experience.
