It was really easy, I think they take pretty much anyone and give them a chance. My first new hire meeting I was with people who were in high school and this was their first job.
- Tell me about yourself and what makes you want to work here.

The interview was conducted over Zoom and the recruiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience. She answered all my questions and clearly explained the job's responsibilities. She also followed up with me later.
- Can you provide details about your experience and sales background?

Had a really good Zoom call with Kenzie and then the manager Brad. They were super transparent and gave me a sales training manual to study before the in-person assessment and offer. This manual had more info than any sales training I've had before. They genuinely want to help you grow as a person to reach your goals and understand what you're grateful for, which leads to success. You gotta be ready to put in the work to get commissions and bonuses. Don't bother applying if you just want $20/hr, because you'll be out after a few weeks if you're not setting quality appointments. Brad, the manager, is the best I've worked for, he's like a homie and really cares about you. Don't abuse the freedom they give you; just communicate and you'll get rewarded.
- Are you willing to put in the work?
- Regardless of your prior education and experience, are you committed to making the effort required for success here?
- Given our focus on company culture, what value can you bring?

I got an email saying I had a phone interview scheduled. The interviewer didn't call at the scheduled time, so I called the office. I left a message and then got a call back from someone else. They passed my info to another person. This person called me for a quick phone interview, and then they set up an in-person interview for the next day. But the next morning, they emailed me telling me not to come in for the in-person interview. Don't waste your time with them.
- Can you discuss your sales background?
