It wasn't too hard, the people were personable and nice. They just wanted to get to know me and it wasn't technical at all. They asked questions about my previous experiences and how it would help in this job.

First, there was a pre-clearance interview with HR. After that, they reached out to the hiring manager. Then, I had an interview with the manager and her manager was scheduled. This was followed by a face-to-face interview. Finally, there was a follow-up with HR about the role, where I found out I didn't get hired.

My in-person interview was pretty short and interesting because we covered so much in the initial phone call, so the face-to-face was just a quick meet and greet. We talked about my past jobs and what I'm qualified for, plus what I expected and what they expected. We settled on my pay plan, which had a starting salary and promised raises once I hit certain sales goals. We shook hands and everything was set for me to start on the date we agreed on.

Had an initial phone screen with the internal recruiter where we just went through my CV and previous experience. Then I met the Branch Director for a face-to-face meeting and also met some other top people in the office. That meeting was more in-depth, and they asked some pertinent questions about my sales experience and what I was looking for.
