Data Technician
The interview process was good and easy to schedule. The interviews were quick. Just be yourself and be honest. I was expecting a technical interview but it didn't happen, which is fine.
- Would you be open to working on-call and sometimes longer hours during election periods?
TSR
It was hit and miss with this process. They wanted certain things that I had already sent over multiple times, and it took them a few days to finally acknowledge the information I provided.
- Can you tell me about your years of customer service experience?
- Have you worked from home before?
- Are you okay with working on Saturdays?
Customer Service Representative
It was easy, just like talking on the phone to a friend. First they called to ask me questions about myself and to see how much experience I have with working from home. As long as you are a good people person and like to talk, the interview will go by smoothly because they are very friendly. After that, they sent off my background check and I was working within a week.
- How long have you been in customer service, and what skills do you possess?
- How long have you been working in customer service?
- Do you have experience with working from home?
Fundraiser
you go, fill out an application which has a script attached. You turn in your application, call and read the script to the number they gave you and wait for a call. They call you, set up an interview and ask you a set of questions. Then they have you read another script to them live in the interview. Once the interview is done they tell you when your training starts and then you get your schedule.
- What would you do if you disagreed with your supervisor?
- How important is teamwork in your opinion?
