I was contacted for an initial call with one of the company co-founders for the Customer Experience Manager role, and they let me know they were conducting quick calls with 10 candidates and narrowing down to 5 from there for in-person interviews. We discussed the role and how they wanted to invest more significantly in this department, and then went through my experience and what I am looking for. Then they asked me to send a follow up email with thoughts and my desired salary range. Here they pointed out there was a salary range required for the application (there wasn't when I submitted my application.) I followed up with an email the next day, and followed up again the next week but never heard from them again. I regret not asking more questions in my follow up email since I didn't get the opportunity to ask questions in the initial call.

I had a video interview, then a take-home test, and then a panel interview. Each of these lasted about an hour to an hour and a half. I only got through the first interview though.

I first had a casual chat with their Head of Sales. Then, I spoke with the CEO and the local team. They were really informative and clearly passionate about their company. It was interesting to learn about their social enterprise approach and their efforts to increase diversity.

I had a quick phone call about the opportunity. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to, but they did ask some challenging and insightful questions. It was a good conversation and I learned a lot about the company.
