They started with a pre screening call, then I had two interviews, and after that a pretty big project was required. The process moved fast, they'd often set up the next interview during the current one. It made me feel good about the job, but then they went silent after I put in hours on the project. They sent an automated email on a Saturday saying I didn't get the job.

First round was behavioral, then I met with higher ups. Overall it was a pretty simple process. I heard back about moving to the next round in one day. The recruiters were really nice. The first interview was audio, and the second one was video.

They looked at my job performance, attitude, reliability and commitment. Also did a background check, checked my driving record for violations and DUIs. Checked my credit history, education and military service if applicable. They want to know if I can communicate with customers, provide solutions not excuses and establish good working relations.

I found out about this job at a military hiring event. First, I spoke with a recruiter and submitted my resume. The next day, HR contacted me for my first interview with Jennifer, scheduled for the following Monday at 8 AM. The interview with Jennifer went well, and she said I'd hear back in 2-3 days. Two days later, HR called, but I missed it. I called Jennifer back and left messages, but she was hard to reach. Eventually, I spoke with Jessica, who scheduled my second interview for Friday at 8 AM. On Friday, I met with Felipe, a supervisor. He gave me a tour of the factory, explaining potential work areas. After about an hour, Felipe suggested the wrapping area, which I agreed to. I was hired on the spot! Afterward, I returned to HR to complete paperwork for a physical, alcohol, and drug test, and received orientation information.
