It was pretty straightforward, I just talked to one person and then met with the general manager. She explained the different jobs servers can do, like working on the floor, being a cashier, or a greeter. The questions weren't too tough, but they did want to know why I thought this particular restaurant and its mission were important to me and why I'd be a good fit.
- Tell me about your background in customer service or hospitality.
- What makes this restaurant and its mission a good fit for you and why is it important?

The team was awesome and welcoming, and they were willing to meet trainees. The outgoing staff and management were very clear and straightforward. There were two interviews and a practice shift. The online application, training, and outfit setup were clear and provided through paperwork and online. Overall, it was very seamless.
- Can you tell me about yourself and why you're interested in working here?
Server
It was a really quick and simple interview process. No strict formalities were required, and I didn't even need to submit a resume for the initial meeting. They just had a casual chat with me, and after that, I was invited for a second interview. The interviewers were friendly and attentive, and they didn't ask for any formal documentation during the first interview.
- What was your previous work experience?
