It was a terrible experience with virtually no respect for candidates’ time. The ‘hiring’ team seemed completely unorganized and unsure of what they were doing. Based on my interview experience, I couldn’t imagine working there.

This process involved meeting with the hiring manager, other Account Executives, and leadership. There were several rounds, including a pitch which was quite a bit of work. Everyone was nice, but it took a lot of effort to get hired.

So first, there was this recruiter call to just see if I was a good fit. After that, I had like 2 to 4 video calls with people on the team where we talked more about my background and what I've done. The last step was a project presentation to the team, to show them my skills. Took about a month total.

I recently interviewed at Flowcode for a senior role and had a very positive experience. I applied directly and the recruiter (who joined Flowcode very recently) reached out and managed a positive process and experience overall. I was in process elsewhere and Flowcode were mindful to keep each step moving quickly, communicated clearly and tailored an offer taking my specific priorities in mind. Very impressive.
