I applied for this internship in May and only heard back about open positions when I reached out. The interviewer was late to the Zoom meeting and their mic didn't work, which took an extra 10 minutes to resolve. The interview itself was straightforward, but I never received a rejection email, even though they were supposedly looking to fill positions quickly. This organization seems disorganized and doesn't respect people's time.

I had a remote zoom interview with a nice staff member where they asked about 5-10 general questions covering my personality, skills, and accomplishments. The zoom format was a bit awkward because I couldn't see them when I was talking, but they were friendly and encouraging and happy to answer my questions about the job. They said they'd be in touch, and I got an email three weeks later.

The experience was smooth and responsive. After filling out an online application, you'll get a link to schedule an interview. You'll first meet with one member of the FST team. If that goes well, you'll then interview with your second choice. The people there are really friendly!

Since I wasn't living in Sarasota, I had two Zoom interviews. If I had lived in the area, they would have invited me for an in-person interview. There was a significant wait time between each conversation, and they were generally slow to respond.
