Behavioral Group

The interview process included a phone call and an in-person meeting. The panel, composed of bosses and other faculty, asked different questions. Staff were treated poorly, and there's a high turnover, which is different from how faculty are also treated poorly. The role was misleading about expectations, with empty promises of pay and opportunity. Even after negotiating upfront, they still didn't follow through.

I had a phone interview, then a zoom interview, and finally an in person interview. They were eager to fill the role quickly, so the process moved fast. I got an offer a few days after the final in-person stage. The interviewers were very pleasant. Students also participated in the interviews.

We kicked things off with a quick phone call, and then I flew out to campus for a longer session. The main event was a presentation I gave to a group. Honestly, they weren't dressed very well, which was a bit strange considering I was told to dress my best.

The interview process was quite painless. I interviewed with the director of the program and Accreditation Specialist. I had the normal interview questions but also felt to be on a much more personal level as they asked general questions about me as well.
