First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Florida Medical Center.
Registered Nurse
It was a panel interview with 3 people asking me questions. Some were behavioral and some were skill-based. They also gave me a mini quiz about recognizing common cardiac rhythms. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and included a tour of the unit I applied for.
- Can you share a time you exceeded expectations to help a patient?
- Can you identify common cardiac rhythms?
Registered Nurse
The job fair was orderly, all the head bosses were so friendly. They were hiring on the spot. The HR department was in the building. The wait was not long. The pay was good. Snacks and water were provided.
- What makes you want to work in this particular department?
Programme Analyst
The interview questions were pretty standard. I spoke with the Information Systems Manager who was quite understanding and easy to talk to. There weren't any technical questions, and I also didn't have an initial chat with the HR Manager.
- What unique value do you bring compared to other candidates?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
