So basically, they asked some normal questions at first, but then there was this supplemental application I got after the interview that was really concerning. It had a ton of inappropriate questions, like asking for my birth date and place, my height and weight, my race, and my eye and hair color. They also wanted the age, gender, and home and work addresses for all my references. Plus, they asked for three social references from people my age, specifically mentioning they needed both genders, and again, wanted the age, gender, and home address for those social references too. That whole application was super inappropriate, I can't believe a state agency would ask for that. It also asked about my criminal history, including arrests that didn't lead to charges or had no conviction, which I think is legally questionable.

Met at Starbucks for a casual interview before being called back for the final interview with a panel. The benefit packages are many and confusing, the on boarding has a lot of paperwork and takes quite a long time from interview to hire.
