Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors.
Financial Analyst
There was an initial meeting with other people applying for the job. They talked about the company and how to do well. I think this place is good for a specific type of person, or else the lack of work-life balance wouldn't be worth it. It felt pretty laid back, but I didn't like the vibe they set during the interview process. I didn't continue with my interview because I knew my personality wouldn't be a good fit for the company.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Financial Analyst
The process was easy and smooth, it started with a screening call, then a first meeting, and 2 interview rounds. If they like you, you go into the final round where they ask more behavioral questions about yourself and weaknesses.
- Why are you interested in becoming a financial advisor?
Financial Analyst
The interview was pretty chill. They wanted to gauge my seriousness about the role and asked about my personal aspirations. I interviewed with the VP, and he was quite friendly.
- Where do you see your career headed?
