The interview was pretty straightforward. It's a family-owned company and a sales position, so in my experience, it felt more like they were trying to sell me on the job. They don't explain the pay very well because the commission structure is complex, but it's actually very good.

It was super straightforward. I went into a neat front office. I asked the person at the window about applying, and they helped me fill out the application. After I finished it, a manager interviewed me. She was really nice and knew a lot. She told me the whole company story and how we're linked with Home Depot.

It was super easy and I felt really comfortable. The vibe was motivating and positive, not uncomfortable at all. They didn't ask any trick questions. It was really clear what the job was about. They promote from within, so they build their team up from the start and give you chances to grow with the company.
