The hiring process was efficient, concluding in just two weeks. It began with a phone call from the recruiter, followed three days later by an interview with a panel of seven individuals from different departments. The subsequent week, an initial offer was extended. After two days of negotiation, the offer was accepted, and I commenced employment the following Monday.

Behavioral Other

It was a 20-minute timed telephone interview. The interviewer was arrogant and insensitive, and kept asking about my age. They asked questions with no room for discussion and didn't answer specific questions about the job. They never got back to me after following up.

The interview process was good, with intelligent questions and an in-depth analysis of my skills and qualifications. I met with several upper management members during my face-to-face interview. The corporate recruiter contacted me within an hour of submitting my application. We had a phone interview then, and I was subsequently contacted for the face-to-face interview with upper management. A physical, drug screening, and background check were all part of the process.
