This interview was pretty pointless and not well organized. It seems like they don't even look at your application or resume before talking to you, so it was a complete waste of my time. This was supposed to be the first round, a phone interview, and when I asked how long it would take, they swore it wouldn't be more than 15 minutes. It ended up being just over 5 minutes. They only asked questions that were already on the job application.

Very professional and friendly people, they make you feel comfortable. 3 people and 15 questions. The interview process was not as described in the email they sent me. Before starting they told me that it would only be a questionnaire, but the email indicated a questionnaire and demonstration of skills in CAD Software. They also let me know that it did not matter how long or short the answer was. I can deduce that my interview was by commitment and they already had the selected candidate before being interviewed, and the quality of my answers did not matter.

I went through 3 panel interviews for the Office Assistant role. They asked me about my experience using computer programs, what I knew about the Department of Transportation, and if I was okay with working around prisoners. The whole thing took over an hour. I got a call back saying they wanted to hire me, but they ended up going with someone who had prior office experience.
