The interview was easy and went well. It was a panel interview with 3 people conducted online via Microsoft Teams. They tested my IT and customer service skills and asked many customer service-related questions. I declined the offer due to the salary.

Got an email to set up a Skills Verification Test pretty quick after applying. The test wasn't too hard if you're good with computers and numbers. Got a call the next week to schedule the interview. The interview was pretty chill overall. You'll meet with three managers you'd work with. They were all really nice and welcoming. The questions were more about the actual job than the typical STAR questions. If you're switching careers or just starting out, it might be tough to connect your past experience. My tip is to think about how your school or previous job relates to this role. The senior manager said they'd let me know in 2-3 weeks either way. Good luck!

I got an email with a Skills Verification test, which had math problems. I had 2 hours to do it and had to be in the top 5 scores to get an interview. They called me two days later, and the interview was four days after that. It was a panel interview with three people asking 12 questions. They all wrote down my answers. Four business days later, I got a conditional offer, pending a background check with fingerprinting. I started with the department three weeks after applying because I had to give my current employer at least a week's notice.

We started out with a skills verification test called the SVT. If you aced that, you got called in for a panel interview with 2-3 supervisors. They give you a list of questions beforehand to look over, then they ask them. If that goes well, it's off to get fingerprinted for the background check and a conditional offer. Once you're cleared, you're hired.
