The interview was with the head of the group, who was a discharged Air Force Officer. They were very inappropriate during the interview. I don't understand why they can do whatever they want at the workplace, and they have a big ego just because they are in a federally funded agency. I wish I had never applied in this department.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and I didn't have to go through multiple rounds. It was just one interview that took about an hour, and the questions asked really focused on my past work experience. Thankfully, there were no further interviews after that.
