It was a quick and to-the-point interview. We talked about my past experience in this type of job and briefly covered some of my previous examples, experiences, and achievements in the role. The hiring manager was thorough, asking thoughtful questions and clearly explaining the responsibilities of the job and the team members.

The entire process was conducted via phone interview. It was one round where we talked about my experiences with cold calling people, meeting people in person, and my general interest in politics. It was very straightforward overall.

So after the first phone call, they give you three problems. You have to explain in detail how you'd solve them and what you'd aim to achieve.

The hiring process was quick, with onboarding following suit. It wasn't overly challenging, but advance preparation is still recommended. The interviews were conducted solely over the phone, without video, despite the position being fully remote.
