There were 2 interviews, the first one was very general about past experience with the district manager, and the second one was with the regional manager that was not familiar with my credentials and was asking questions while reading my resume.

The process began with an online application, and after about a month, HR reached out for a group interview. This group interview was supposed to have 5-6 people, but only two of us showed up. They asked standard bank-related questions, looking for STAR format answers, though this wasn't communicated beforehand. Two upper management members conducted the interview, and it felt okay. We were told we'd hear back within a week, but it took two weeks to get the next interview. This final interview was with a regional manager at a different location. The main goal was to see if I was a good fit for the role and company culture; the job was essentially mine at that point. The manager just wanted to meet and discuss the position, making it hard to fail unless I was unprofessional. The offer came the day after, pending a drug test and background check. The whole hiring process took about two months, but it was a pleasant experience.
