Regulatory Affairs Specialist
It was a multi-stage interview process. First, I spoke with the HR from the outsourcing company, then with the company's HR, the manager, and a peer. English proficiency was assessed in all stages. It wasn't a difficult interview; they mainly asked about my daily routine and my fit for the role.
- Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
Process Engineer
My interview process had 3 stages: a phone screen with a contract HR rep, a phone screen with the hiring managers, and then an onsite interview. Honestly, the HR rep's approach to the hiring process really bothered me. While trying to schedule the second round of interviews, I had to go out of town for a family emergency. The HR rep showed no sympathy and pushed me to schedule an onsite interview before I left. I ended up doing a phone interview while out of town. In the end, I never heard back about a hiring decision, despite asking for updates multiple times.

Human Resources Generalist
The interview process started with a phone screen, and then I had an on-site panel interview. The team members were very friendly and made me feel comfortable, which helped ease the whole process. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours and the environment was laid back. The employees seem very happy.
- How would you lead diversity initiatives?
