We had a group interview with two group tasks. First, we had to design an island and pick one item out of tape, bluetack, or a straw to survive there. Second, we were put in random groups with other bartenders and had to design a seasonal cocktail. We had to name it, list the ingredients and measurements, and decide on the price, then pitch it to the other candidates and the managerial team.

I was contacted by the General Manager and invited for an interview. Upon arriving early, I checked in and was asked if I had applied. I confirmed I was invited by the GM, but was questioned if I was sure. The GM then arrived and informed me that I had come at an inconvenient time.
