I had a screening call with a recruiter, then one interview with a manager and two interviews with employees. The interviews included two behavioral ones asking for examples of past situations and one focused on problem-solving skills and process assessment.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was supposed to be a phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager, and then a 4-round virtual onsite, but it was a total mess. I dealt with two recruiters and a recruiting coordinator, and none of them kept me in the loop. They sent me a Zoom link that didn't work, and the hiring manager was totally unprepared for our interview. After the HM interview, I was ghosted, even after following up. The hiring team was grossly incompetent.

Behavioral Presentation

I started with a basic phone call. Then, I had a 4-hour Zoom interview with Sr. SDRs and AEs. They mostly assured me I'd get the position and talked about how qualified I was and that I'm a perfect fit. They said I'd hear back in a few days. After 2 weeks, I got a generic email saying they chose someone else. After all the prep and hours spent on the interview, I thought they'd at least send something personal instead of a generic email. It was disrespectful and a waste of time.
