After they check out applications, they might do an initial screening to see if you're qualified and a good fit. This could be a call or video chat with a recruiter or manager. Then, for technical stuff, you might get asked to do some tests to show you know your stuff. If you pass the first part, you'll move on to more interview rounds. These could be over the phone, video, or in person, and you'll probably talk to a bunch of people from the team.
- What's your reason for leaving your current position?
Sales and Marketing
The entire process was very pleasant and seamless. I interviewed with HR, some colleagues and then the hiring manager. Everyone was nice and made me at ease and comfortable. I received a quick response about a week later.
- If you could have one wish, what would it be?
Career Coach
It was a pretty typical interview setup. First, I chatted with an HR person. Then, I did a skills test. After that, I had two more interviews with some of the leaders in the department. Everyone was super nice, got back to emails fast, and gave good info about what was coming next.
- What are your motivations for seeking a remote work arrangement?
Employer Sales
I had an initial pre-screen with HR and then 2 interviews with department heads, ending with Head of HR. The overall process, from application to offer, took 4-6 weeks. Good communication throughout the entire process.
- Interviews were friendly and standard questions. There were no shockers or questions trying to trip you up
