The interview process had a lot of steps. It was a bit annoying at the time, but it was a good chance to talk to different people in the company. I got to ask lots of questions to different teams and really get a feel for who I'd be working with.

The interview process is quite extensive. It begins with a phone interview, followed by at least two in-person visits. Typically, this involves a combination of one-on-one meetings and panel discussions. The entire process can take a considerable amount of time, potentially up to three months. For individuals applying for higher-level positions, a meeting with a therapist is required. Additionally, drug tests are a mandatory part of the process.

So the first step was an HR screening, totally fine, and then I had to do a psychometric test. After that, it was a tough interview with the hiring manager. The third round was a panel interview with a mix of tech and non-tech questions. They interviewed three candidates in total, including me. Apparently, the hiring team couldn't decide who to pick and ended up not offering the job to anyone. What a complete waste of my time and effort. This place is full of internal politics and they seem threatened by candidates who are as qualified or even more so than the hiring team.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 3 round interview process, and it was super thorough because the role was high profile and tied to the company's future growth. Everyone from every functional area was on the panel. One challenging question they threw at me was, 'who do you think is an ideal candidate for this job?'
