I went through 2 interviews for the server position. It was pretty easy going and they asked the usual basic questions. The interview felt like a regular conversation. We discussed my relevant work experience and my future personal goals. They offered me the job after the second interview. The whole process was very organized, and I got reminders for both interviews. The manager even had my resume printed out for the interview.

So basically they asked me if I could jump, and I said yes. Then they asked if I could direct jumping, and I said yes. That was it, nothing else happened. I went home after that.

I found it to be a really nice and pretty standard restaurant interview. They asked a lot of questions about customer service and wanted specific examples of how I've handled situations. There were also several 'what if' type questions thrown in there, like how I'd respond if a customer asked for something specific.

I was really impressed with this restaurant and its reputation, so when I saw the opening, I knew I had to apply. I was a bit unsure if I'd be considered, but I went in and asked to speak with the head chef. Luckily, I got to meet them right away! We had a quick chat, about 15-20 minutes. They asked me some questions and said they were excited for me to come in and show what I can do. They also mentioned that if I got the job, I'd be the only girl in the kitchen and asked if I was ready for that. I told them I wasn't intimidated by men and would be honored to be the first. They then asked me to come back the next day for a 'trial' to make sure their sous chef approved, and if so, I'd get the job.
