First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fleet Management.
Technical Project Manager
I had an initial chat with HR before they set up the next steps. Then I did a TestDome assessment, which was mostly general reasoning, followed by a personality test. The final part was an in-person interview with a panel of two people, including the CTO, plus a quick peer chat.

- Describe your methods for managing stress.
- Can you answer some rapid-fire questions about the Software Development Life Cycle?

I was given a link to a Microsoft sheet where I had to put in my basic and academic details within a certain time. After that, I got an email asking for more details, including questions like why I want to join fleet management, and about my strengths and weaknesses.
- Why are you interested in joining fleet management?
- Can you describe your strengths?
- Could you tell us about your weaknesses?

Engineer
I got shortlisted for an interview with Fleet Management Limited through campus placement after they screened our marks. Shortlisted candidates had to go to their Kochi office. The interview started around 10 am after filling out a form with our details, which acts as a resume, so no need to bring one. The interview started with the common 'tell me about yourself' question, which can make a good first impression if prepared well. Technical questions are the main part of the interview. You can expect questions from your branch of study, especially core subjects.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What is the Reynolds number?
