Lagerist
There was no formal interview. I was expected to start working immediately, which isn't inherently bad. I showed up and worked for three hours alongside everyone else, receiving very positive feedback from the warehouse staff. However, I never got a job offer, which is baffling to me.

Warehouse Worker
The process was more of a 3-hour training session, and I was guaranteed work. They requested insurance details, which I didn't have at the time. I was asked to register with an insurance company of my choice and submit the information via email to proceed. I did as requested that very day, but unfortunately, I was declined the next morning. Management could have handled this better by not giving false hope, regardless of gender, race, or physical appearance.

Business Development Manager

Brand Manager
A brief 30-minute in-person chat. The interviewer was very young and seemed arrogant, like I was bothering him. He barely asked any personal questions and kept repeating questions about ideas for promoting a new own-brand wine before release. I listed many online possibilities, but he insisted on offline methods. I later found out Flaschenpost does exactly what I suggested. They said feedback would come in 1-2 weeks. Nothing after 3 weeks. I called, but the line was busy. Called again, still busy. Called another department, was supposed to be transferred but wasn't, and was told the emails would go out tomorrow. Got a standard rejection email. They apparently forgot about me. I emailed asking for feedback, but didn't even get a reply.
