The interview process was quick and done over the phone. They asked me about my years of experience in Operations and related questions. They did check my degree before interviewing me.

It was a group interview. We had to line up alphabetically by last name and the person to your left became your partner. You had to 'sell' your partner to the panel, explaining why they were the perfect candidate for the job. After getting to know each other and yes, they interviewed you while being social, you then interviewed with the managers.

I got hired via a staffing agency called my next path staffing, and although the agency is not great, the hiring process itself was really straightforward and fast. The background check took about two weeks.
