Behavioral Technical

The interview process spanned approximately 3 months and involved multiple interview rounds. The interviewers were pleasant and highly intelligent. The questions posed were largely relevant and engaging. However, there was a lack of clarity regarding what to expect in each stage and what the next steps would be. Overall, it was a good process with smart people involved.

Behavioral Technical

The early stages of the process were quite good. Communication was prompt, the role seemed innovative, and initial discussions suggested a good fit with my background. However, later interactions felt disorganized. It seemed like information from earlier in the process wasn't carried forward, indicating a potential lack of internal communication between interview stages. Some discussion points stemmed from misunderstandings about my experience, suggesting candidate materials might not have been thoroughly reviewed beforehand. In the end, I got a short rejection from someone I hadn't spoken with before. While I understand companies need to make their own decisions, the inconsistencies throughout the process made me question the overall coordination and professionalism of their recruitment process.
