The interview process included several chats with talent acquisition leads, then with the QA Manager, CIO & Software manager, and finally the Operations manager. Each of these talks lasted about 30 to 60 minutes. They offered both remote and in-person interview options, but preferred in-person interviews for the final stage, which would span a half to a full day.

My first chat was with an HR consultant over the phone. They were pretty upfront about the negative reviews online but said leadership is making big moves to fix things. Then, I had an in-person interview with two people there. It felt pretty chill, mostly focused on whether I'd fit the company culture. They were also really honest about the tough parts of the job. Finally, I met with the CEO in person. He seemed super pumped about the company's direction and was easy to talk to, really passionate.

The HR can do better. Please communicate with candidates if they have gone through applying for the job and multiple interviews. The job posting is bad - one job description for multiple experience levels, maybe they don't know what they're looking for. If the recruiting process is any reflection of the work culture, I might have dodged a bullet. Remember your applicants can be your future clients.

Behavioral Presentation

After a quick application review, there were multiple rounds of interviews. It started with general HR, then went to the Hiring Manager, and finally to the relevant team members and CEO. This included an in-person visit. The whole process was quick, lasting from December to March, from when I applied cold to when I declined the offer.
