they dragged me through 3 interviews that took over a month long just to ghost me. they even bought me starbucks and gave me a tour of the whole campus. then they ghosted. absolutely ridiculous. also the interview questions that they asked me were so dumb and made no sense lmao

Had a 30 minute phone chat with some of the current staff in the Alumni Office. It was just a one on one conversation. I sent in my standard application and some extra stuff. The questions were mostly about how to engage with alumni.

It was super nice and lively! I first had a Zoom interview, and then I had an interview with the entire Admissions Team. It was great getting to know everyone and seeing how Admissions operates.

I put in my application through the college's website, under the careers section. About a week after applying, they got in touch. We had an initial phone call, and after that, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. Since I don't live nearby, I had to travel for it. When I got there, I met everyone on the team, which was pretty small. Then, two people interviewed me. The whole thing lasted about 2 hours. A week later, they let me know I didn't get the job.
