Aftersales Manager
After an initial recruiter call, I had a Teams interview lasting over an hour with HR and the hiring manager. We talked about various topics, and they seemed very interested, going into depth.
- Could you tell me generally about your qualifications?
Process Optimization Specialist
It was a 3-round online interview process. There were non-technical rounds, a technical interview, and an HR interview. It was quite tough; they asked many technical questions related to engineering, covering topics like Fuzzy logic, MPC controllers, and advanced process control.
- Can you walk me through your experience?
- Tell me a little bit about yourself.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
Project Engineer
I got an email saying I was selected to interview and complete a cognitive and behavioral screening. We scheduled a digital interview on Microsoft Teams, and HR was supposed to send a link. Unfortunately, the recruiter never showed up for the scheduled 30-minute interview, missed the time completely, and didn't reply to my emails.
- Was there a Cognitive and Behavioral Screening?
Graduate Engineering Trainee
The first round was an online test, usually personality, cognitive, and language assessments. Then there was a Group Discussion for the shortlist. After that, a PI/PLI test link was sent out for the shortlist, with cognitive and behavior-based questions. Finally, a Video Interview for the shortlist.
- Can you explain your project?
- What technical questions do you have from your project?
- What technical questions do you have from your area of interest?
